New accounts start on a 14-day free trial with full access. Paid plans are being introduced - we'll give you clear notice before anything about your account's billing changes.
Only upload documents you have the right to process. Don't use CostShade to overload or probe the service, or try to access another account's documents or data.
CostShade is a best-effort automated tool. Always check a masked document before sharing it, especially unusual layouts, heavily watermarked scans, or documents in a format you haven't used with CostShade before - automated masking can occasionally miss a value, and you remain responsible for what you share.
CostShade is provided "as is," without any warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We aren't liable for any loss arising from information that wasn't masked as expected.
You can stop using CostShade at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or abuses the service.
We may update these terms as the product changes; we'll update the date above when we do.
